Our Returns Policy

Lawrence’s Seven Pillars of Khaki are very proud of our unique heritage quality merchandise, that we hope you will enjoy wearing or using for many years to come. However, we appreciate that there will be occasions where your expectations and ours are disappointed with either the overall service or quality, look or feel of items when they arrive and when they do not. If you should find that you are dissatisfied in any way with our service or any of our merchandise please let us know by e-mail straight away or within seven days of receipt of an item.

We will try our best to rectify a problem and address any concerns you may have regarding our service. We will refund in full, including postal charges or exchange an item as long as the product is returned to us within 28 days of your receipt of an item, unused or unworn and preferably in its original packaging with labels attached.

We would ask you please to arrange the return of the item and pay postal charges which we will, of course, reimburse the cost to you, as well as original postal charges. Please provide proof of posting by way of receipt and tracking number.

We are not able to accept returns of tartan cloth once it has been cut except in the circumstance of cloth being defective, which should not occur as all cloth will be examined and passed before despatch.

Refunds will be given when an item has been examined and returned to us and will be refunded within 7 days of receiving returned items and postal receipts.

Refunds will be paid back to account or card used to purchase only.
